FAQ
DELIVERY
Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive a PDF file containing the links to your product!
HOW DO I USE CANVA TEMPLATES?
Make sure you have a Canva account. You can sign up for free at: canva.com
Once you download your pdf, simply click the link(s) and your browser will open your own personal copy of the template(s) in your Canva account. If you're having trouble, please try opening it on a desktop computer. This will load the template into your Canva and you will then be able to edit on mobile if you wish.
DO I NEED A CANVA PRO ACCOUNT?
Most of my templates use all royalty-free elements that can be used with Canva Free. However, some more complex products such as the UGC templates may use Canva Pro elements. You may replace those elements with free ones, but I do recommend getting Canva Pro if you are a UGC creator. Please read each product description carefully to check if all of the elements are free or not.
WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW CANVA?
Canva is a super easy tool that is mostly dragging and dropping, but I include some How-to videos in your PDF and you can access Canva's extensive help library here.
REFUNDS
Due to the downloadable nature of these products, there are no refunds. However, if you are having any issues, please contact me and I will get back to you ASAP.
